Omnipratika Privacy Policy

Omnipratika takes privacy matters seriously. Please read the following to know more about our privacy policy. Also, please read our Consultancy  Policy to learn more about how we treat personally identifiable information collected from clients and Privacy Information to learn how we treat such information collected in connection with Omnipratika products and services.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers Omnipratika’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Omnipratika collects when you are on the Omnipratika site, and when you use Omnipratika services. This policy also covers Omnipratika’s treatment of any personally identifiable information that Omnipratika's business partners share with Omnipratika or that Omnipratika may collect on a partner's or associate’s site.

What this Policy does not Cover

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Omnipratika does not own or control, or to people that Omnipratika does not employ or manage. In addition, this policy does not apply to hanging Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) which is not consummated for whatever reason (s).

Information Collection and Application

Omnipratika collects personally identifiable information when you transact any business with Omnipratika, when you use certain Omnipratika products or services, when you visit Omnipratika pages. In this connection, it must have been obvious that such information was clearly identified for Omnipratika or.

Omnipratika on Small or Medium Industry

Omnipratika may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners, newsletter and associates or visitors to our website. When you communicate through the message medium, we expect you to enter your name, address, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Please know that once you send a message  or sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Omnipratika Consultancy Policy

Omnipratika undertakes to keep all consultancy matters and information purely confidential and to deal in conformity with the highest ethical professional conductst/standards of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and by extension, the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). Disclosures shall be as agreed, on a need to know, or as expressed by the client.

Omnipratika also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, other relevant information and the page you requested.

Omnipratika uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see on the site to fulfill requests for certain products and services, the Omnipratika Project, Omnipratika Consultancy and to contact you about special, new products and innovations.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Omnipratika will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Omnipratika may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

We have your consent to share the information;

We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;

We find that your actions on our web site(s) violate the Omnipratika’s Terms of Service,  or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
